woodrat, I suggest you look into the people that you are criticizing before you do so . . . I don't believe for one minute that Dems are un-American. I do, however, believe many of their policies are bad for America. If you cannot understand the distinction, then you are the issue, not the premise . . .

as near as I can tell, you are saying that NOTHING that is good for dems is also good for america. And if you read MY post carefully, you will see that I never said " Un-American" at all. I said, "those who are Good forAmerica and those who Are Not." Which is basically what you are your talk radio guy seemed to be asserting.

To me the whole post seems designed as a troll, especially the title, "another Democrat disgrace" which makes it sounds like you are talking about something that actually happened, instead of some abstract theory about how nothing that the dems would benefit from is good for America.

It seems obvious that anything that is good for only ONE political party is not likely to be good for America as a whole. Seems logical enough, since America as a whole is not just about ONE party.

I stick with my original statement, that the whole premise is about division.

The title was a play on the other thread. It has been posed as a challenge which none has been willing to take. You can call it a troll if you want, as I also challenge anyone to come up with a thread that is not intended to attract discussion. I thought it was interesting.

Again, I will restate as it seems that some are destined to make the challenge something that it isn't. Name one thing that is both Good for America AND Good for the Democratic Party. I think the inverse is currently true as well. Victory in Iraq = Good for America and Good for the Republican Party. That's one that is Good for one Party AND good for America.
