Rebuilt the carb, new fuel lines, new fuel tank, new fuel line to tank, new primer bulb, new spark plugs, set timing, new impeller, blah blah...
The motor would run for a second then stop before I replaced the tank and lines. I figured it was due to the dry-rotted lines.
Now the thing wont even turn over. I have turned the slow speed needle all the way in and every conceivable 1/4 turn out. The motor is getting spark and the carb is getting gas. On the 7000th pull I look at the floor and see a small pool of black oil. The lower unit is leaking out of this little hole with every pull of the cord.
Excuse my language but what the hell do I do to get this damn thing running!
See pic.
