First Mate Carole & Skip set off down the ICW today to spread some sunshine and love to all the other blessed folk they happen to meet on their retirement adventure! Sasto and I really enjoyed having them around this week! More great memories made and stories to share! OK, now......who is stopping by next? ;)

We left our haven of freindship and reassurance this morning. We have had some pretty awesome experiences on both ends of the scale, but I'd have to put being around Sasto and Mrs Sasto has to be right up there with a dozen dolphins entertaining us in Dragon Point Cove at sunset, a sea ray jumping out of the blue waters at St. Lucie Inlet and going on a first date. Pretty amazing. If a boater needs any type of information whether technical or solid positive outlook, Nettles Island's mayor and wife are the ones to go to. The hospitality is never withheld and there is always an extra pair of hands. We feel truly blessed with our Iboat friends, including the ones we haven't even met. If there is any way we can help anyone be assured we will be there for you, of course provided Skipper doesn't do us in first! (just kidding) So I'll say later and stay green. I gotta go cook my last fish and try to do what Sasto taught me to get some more. Woo Hoo. :D

Awesome!!! Wish we could have been there with all of you... Sasto, Mrs sasto, I guess we'll see you no later than 09JUN12... If anything outstandingly condusive transpires prior to then... well, maybe even sooner... One never knows...

Carole, Skipper Skip, I hope to see you in June. If not, I'm sure we'll get together again one of these days.

Hey, in case you didn't realize, the adventure you two have finally embarked upon is certainly more than worthy of it's own thread!!!

The adventure the two of you have embarked upon should be "threaded" and "posted" upon, and immortalized on iboats for all to enjoy in all it's glory!!!(and of course, that means LOTS of PICS!!!) I must say, though, a sideline in a "sasto thread" is nothing to look down upon.;)

Thanks for the kind words. It's not like anybody around here going out of their way, you guys were a joy to be around! Mrs. sasto thinks the world of you two. I think your crazy......and I love it! Not many folks have what it takes to embark on the adventure you have planned. You do, being the carefree selves you are.

May you always be in blue waters and under blue skies. Stay green.....just don't turn green crossing the Atlantic. :D

We have plenty of time ahead of us, veritas honus. Our thoughts are are always with you and your family. How wonderful it is to have some stability to this iboat family.

Thank you SO much for the kind words, my Friend. As I was typing my response, I had to back up, and rethink what I was saying. I was originally going to ask you, "To what stability are you referring???:confused:"... But then it hit me mid-thought... "Family and Friendship". A couple of the only truely stable things we have in this life. You already know that you are both...

We live south of St Augustine and love going up and spending time at the Conch Marina....it's not as accessable to the downtown area of St Augustine, but very nice and quite....
