Oh SBN Im not one of those shoot 1000 balls a minute speedballers, Im a hide in the woods stalk your prey type player and I would say a good portion of the guys I trade paint with would be considered redneck country boys........or military types. :)

It's been a while since me and my bunch played but that's pretty much what we did. We'd all be decked out in camo and have 2 teams of 4 or 5 guys. 1 team would head out into the woods and get into position. They'd then radio the other team that they were ready and then the other team would engage.

The team into the woods first had the advantage but I liked going in after them the best. It's fun to see one hiding and make him watch you just out of range while you signal your teammate to flank him and take him out. We used semi-automatic markers and tried to fire as few shots as possible to avoid giving up our position.

Paintball can really get the adrenaline flowing!

Oh no, not the same here in Kentucky.
You have 5, 6, 8, maybe 10 guys or more with one ball/bucket of paint.
You have 30 minutes to get in whatever position you want in and then watch out for the other guys.
When you get marked, you know it.:D

Last big game I was in was called Panzar Attack.......300+ players......Realistic Tanks, Hand gernades, landmines and missions.........2 full days......All on 70 acres of battfield set up up with bunkers fuel depots and trenches...........Yes adrenalin rush for sure...........I couldnt even move the day I went hom.....I felt like I was 100 yrs old. They have a bunch of these games and they are called the "Tour of duty games" all based on WW2 battles.

Yr before played in a game called the battle for Berlin.......The last day we ( The Germans) were holed up in "Berlin" it was 20 some old trailor homes end to end in a circle. All of them had the insides set up for room to room battle...........Was the most awesome fun I have ever had............Its like big boy cops and robber or cowboys and indians

I played for 10+ years for fun and competition plus owned a Firearms/Paintball store for 5 years.

Played many big games some that was just under 2000 players plus many tournements. Old age plus sport fishing has replaced that hobby.
