Applying 1708 fiberglass after PB - how long to wait?

After I make the PB fillet (or whatever it is called) how long should I wait before applying the first layer of 1708 glass?

Should I apply the 1708 while the PB has just been put in and is still in its original PB consistency?
Should I wait until it hardens a little and is still tacky?
or Should I wait until it is completely dry?

...this is the PB that is from hull to stringer...if that matters...

Thanks!

You will get better and more consistent answers in a build thread but to answer your question assuming ur talking poly you have a window right after applying any sort of layer of resin pb or just layers. But it's kind of a trick question because it's all about how you mixed your resin. Generally if its getting stiff and tacky its kicked and you want to let it finish. I mixed my reain so that I made my fillet, and laid both layers of tabbing all in one shot so I have a wet on wet layup and no chance of air bubbles due to a uneven surface.

Cool..Thanks!

I am going to have to wait until the PB fillet dries first this time. I am using a slow cataltst at 1%. I realized that it starts to kick really fast due to it being over 90 degrees here... I wasn't prepared ahead of time with the glass pre-cut for the fillet area to tab in the glass...

i am using these jumbo popsicle sticks and they make the perfect radius.

i was a little leary in making the PB when i first started, but now its real easy! Got my own "recipe" with technique and everything!
