It's official now...all this is mine!

30 acres of absolutely nothing! Nearest neighbor is over a mile away...and beyond those trees is almost half a mile of river frontage on the Willamette. I'm hoping to build a private ramp and dock. Just imagine how many old pickups I can buy now!!! And the best part...along one side is an abandoned road...paved, half mile long, straight and flat. My own drag strip!

Now all I gotta do is build a house...that should be easy, right?

Yeah, it would be on the other side of the river too. This is zoned for agriculture only though...30 acres was the smallest plot I could build on. All this land was less than my house and 1/5th acre in town...


Hey...I just realized I have an excuse to buy a big tractor now! Yeehaw!

I'm thinking about mounting an inline 6 powerhead attached to some blades in the back of one of my trucks. Currently they're growing ryegrass seed on the land, I'm going to let them finish the crop before I take over.

I'll get some more daylight pics in a few days...I'm in CA right now.
