A while back I posted a Solex carb problem and the forum helped me out... it just started running perfectly. Better than it has in years! But now I have an electrical problem. Turning the key and it is dead dead dead it was running great... parked ..turned it off Went to start again and its dead. I checked all wires ..numerous times cleaned contacts once in a great while it will turn over but 99% most of the time nothing could it be that four pronged relay near the 40 amp fuse? it is a volva aq131a is there a way to test the relay and or fuse

Check that when you turn the key you get voltage to the starter, coil, etc. try fiddling with the throttle when you try to start might be a bad neutral safety switch. Good luck

Sounds like the neutral safety switch?
Or the main harness connectors need to be WD'd
