On the underside of my engine cover (see sig for video...it's the narrow cover the canuck lifts up over the engine compartment at 45 seconds into the review, some might call it a sun cushion...it's the cover behind the rear seats) there is a fungus growing. I peeled it off and it grew back, thanks to the recent deluge of rains here in North California. Whats the best thing to apply to kill the root fungus? I'm sure it's in the wood. It's growing right along the piano-hinge and is a flat, kind of rubbery mushroom-like stuff that peels off easy and will grow back remarkably fast. I have not found it anywhere else.
