In the link you can get an idea of what your up against.
69,71 are the two rubber seals at either end. Those get pried out carefully.
#68 is the snap ring holding the engine side bearing in place
#70 is the engine side bearing
On the outdrive side, there are 2 #68, One is holding the bearing and the other is directly behind the seal, keeping it from sliding further into the hole.
#67 is a smaller snap ring that is around the driveshaft up against the bearing.
I believe, although it's been a while now, that the easiest way to remove the driveshaft is to remove the engine side seal and snap ring, and remove the small snap ring,#67 on the outdrive side. Once these are removed you should be able to drive the shaft out the engine side of the flywheel cover with the inner bearing still on the drive shaft. Once the driveshaft is out, it will be easier to remove the rest of the snap rings and the other bearing. You're going to need a good set of snap ring pliers.
Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong about something.
Hope that helps.
