It's all about running condition and buyer. Perfectly running (and demonstrable) motors are always worth more. And if you find the guy who's grandpa had the exact same new motor and that was his first boating experience.. could be priceless to him. My guess for around my area (MN) would be maybe $300 for pristine barn find, untested and perhaps $750 all gone through w/perfect tank (new o-rings and hose). I got $750 for a mint '58 FD-12 barn find recently, but I went through magneto, carb and fuel lines, gearcase seals, impeller, and fuel tank o-rings/hose/gasket. I figured I needed $500, listed for $750 because it was so pretty and ran perfect.. It was GONE to the first guy who saw/heard it run (and MANY other calls). But 15hp+ would probably fetch more than <10hp.. One way to find out! Good luck.
