I have found my local Ace Hardware is the best for SS hardware....... best selection and widest variety.

The ones I got today fit just fine.

So in closing.

You will need SIX very long bolts (at least for my bayliner) that go on either side of the out drive.

And then 12 medium size ones.
I'll measure later, it's too hot out to go back out there!!

Congrats! Nothing like a job well done, bet you can't wait to get her on the water. Thanks for the heads up about the bolt lenghts, I will be insalling mine at the lake, far far away from any hardware stores. I like going to the jobbers for "specialty bolts" usually cheaper and in stock.

haha it's not even worth pics just yet, I got frustrated yesterday with it too.


There is an addition.

The OUTER MOST bolt holes work fine with the bolts they gave us. Not sure why my mate told me they didn't reach - I guess that's the whole "look at it yourself" thing
