Re: broken bolt need help!!!!
using a welder at low setting or a good set of jumpers try tacking a bolt onto the broken stud.
Ahhhh,... Yes,......

An Old Trick My Mentor taught me,...........

Find a piece of rubber Tubing,.. That'll Just Slide
into the sized Bolt Hole you're working on...............
Slip it
Onto the end of the Welding Rod,.. Leaving the rubber tubing sticking out Longer than the welding rod...........
Use the Tubing to align the rod tip to the Center of the broken bolt,+ Arc it for a few Seconds,.......
Release the rod from the stinger handle,+ Walk Away for Atleast 10 minutes,..........
The Tubing will protect the Threads,+ Make Sure that you're Centered,....

If you're Lucky,....
When you return to the Cooled Off bolt,.. Slide the tubing off,... Lube with your favorite penetrating oil,......
And Try to turn the Welding Rod/Bolt Out................

I Agree DHP,+ the Others,............

I Usually find it Easier to Pop a few bolts,+ Wires,....
Than to even Consider Trying it
In the Boat..........
