Whats up guys,im currently doing a transom repair on my 1985 bayliner cuddy . Its an outboard boat.It has a force 125 on it (white one).Ive already cut the wet rotted wood out and put the new wood in its place ,i used west system epoxy and im getting ready to make the new inner fiberglass wall ,im going to put a layer of wovenroving then a layer of fiberglass mat then another layer of wovenroving will this be strong enough? Also should i use .75oz mat or 1.5oz mat? I glassed the splash well in to the transom(it wasnt before), the transom is definetly very very strong now ,any info would be greatly appriciated, thanks guys
