there are no marks on the prop at all.


Im just going to run it as-is for the rest of the season and then rebuild the lower unit and get the shaft fixed over the winter.

I ran it on the muffs and there is no vibration (AT ALL) from idle up to 3500 rpms (didnt want to take it any higher out of the water). A friend (that knows a lot more than me about this stuff) says change the oil every week to watch for water getting in and dont worry about it right now... It'll be fine for the rest of the season.

I was gonna say, you aren't out much. The season is mostly over, so if the seals are good, run her for now and pull the shaft to get straightened. Any competent machine shop will help you out.

I agree run it till seasons end, you may end up hitting something anyhow.
