so it looks like the valve is losing the air because 12 hours in and it has not lost any air. I did hear a little hiss from the valve (probably sand got into it) but does not lose air when cap is on. I will order the tool, clean the valve over the winter. So until I get it to 3.5 psi each tube for 24 hours then I will know for sure. Only facts I have is a very tiny hiss sound from the valve when cap is off (probably due to sand getting in) will soap water test soon. Wish I could buy a pump for around 50-80 bucks, That 150-200 is going to destroy my budget so will have to leave it until tax season. for now will rely on Sin and Smashed

Yes, must be sand or debris. If you have the same valve as the saturns, we have the tool used to remove the valve. It is in the orange repair bottle we received with the boat, I assume Sin has it. I have two hand pumps now, so I could borrow you one until you buy your own, in case you spontaneously decide to go by yourself. I will try not to forget it when we meet hopefully next week or the week after.
You have your electric mattress one so the hand pump you use for bringing the tubes up to proper pressure levels.

You guys are killing me!!! Tuesday!!?? Damn, lol. You are welcome to my hand pumps and if/ when I replace my bravo we can work something out. You are also welcome to use the tool that came with my boat, though if you meet up with Smashed on Tuesday, you will have access to the tool before then. Weimed, I have to thank you again for coming to my aid today. I don't make many new friends and it is not often I ask for help, or accept when it is offered. The fact that you were kind enough to offer to help me when you haven't known me all that long is a testament to your person. I am very glad that this forum afforded us the opportunity to meet and become friends

Kevin, the other stranded motorist you rescued,expressed his gratitude again. I have known him since 3rd grade (best friend and best man at the scene of the crime, lol). He felt really bad because he'd asked me to drop him off at the Old Navy and inadvertently left my lights on in the van! I need to get the battery checked out... when Smashed hooked up his pump, the meter read battery low. Probably overdue for a changing.

Weimed, I will be coming to your ramp off of Aviation Rd. I will bring the pump and valve removal tool. Lets leave the Jersey trip for when we can get all three or more boats. Then we could launch at that beach at Sandy Hook or we could go to the Delaware river. What time would you like to go, Weimed?

I'm not gonna say i'm jealous... but... my eyes are not normally this shade of greeen! Lol. @ Weimed, if you guys stay in the bay try the pier and go a little deeper in the channel. Reports are some nicer weakfish have been coming up! May also want to try a gulp sandworm lure. If you guys can, take a pic of Smashed's set up with him sitting or standing nearby. I would like to put those pics on the first page of this thread.. a Rogue's gallery of sort (no, not a Nissan Rogue ) This way people following the threads will have an idea who's who and what's what! Might even encourage some lurkers to join the fun! You have to give me a report after the meet up.. or post.. or both!

9 is good. I actually hope I can be there earlier. Don't worry about the money, if we have calm sea it will be totally worth it as we could go past Breezy point and also try some spots in the bay that are familiar to you. I will try to get some small shrimp too and I have gulp, will try your bait too, thanks!

lol already in my car. boat in my car, all I gotta bring down is the tank and ob down. to bad my custom anchor system has not arrived yet. ill buy clam in the morning. we will try to hit up that location for those spot fish I spent 2 hours filleting.
