I've been trying ti find replacement corners for my 1995 sea nymph deck boat.
I haven't had any luck at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'll take anything close.
Thanks.
Here's what they look like.

Search the yellow pages for a prototyping shop. They'd have all the equipment needed to fab new ones if you can't find anything. Expensive to have done, but it's definitely do-able.

You can always hammer that one flat and make a template out of it to fabricate your own out of aluminum. You can made the bends on a regular bench vice and a mallet. A gringer would help you round off those corners, as well.

Or just browse the doors and hardware section of Lowes. I'm sure that closely resembles some sort of metal door corner brace. Maybe close enough?

It's cast aluminum. No hammers allowed.

Take it to your local High School Metal or Farm Shop and see it the teacher would like to make it a class project. You pay for the casting materials. I did that a couple of years back and the product I got back was excellent.

You can probably find one like that, its kind of generic.
Look for boat salvage yards, you can always grind a bigger one down.
I'm looking for one that has :" Crestliner" on it.
I m gonna post a pic on my Johnson/Crestliner thread soon

Good luck hunting... you'll find something.

Cheers

I like the school shop idea. I've seen corners like those, if I remember when/where I'll post it for you.

The pontoon section here on iBoats.

No pics. I sold the car. If you have a good one, that's all you need. It can take a while to get done but it will be perfect.

I just widened my corner caps by cutting them and putting tape on the underside of both pieces. I then fitted them to the boat and filled the gap with JB weld. A little sanding and final filling and paint and you can't tell they were extended.

All I'm saying is that if most of the pieces are there you might be able fix it. JB Weld is some darn strong stuff.
