Is this a common occurance? Drive probably has about 20 hours on it. Anyone know if this is a possible DIY project or is disassembly required?View attachment 185446
No it's not common, where is the water getting in? Water in bellows?
Sounds like a pressure and vacuum check is in your future to find the leak.
It may be under warranty, but if you are doing something wrong or missing something, it's going to keep happening.
Nope,... Not common at all,... that says it had Water in it....
If it's that New, it's still under warranty, call SEI....
Btw,... If that's the Only issue, it's a Non-issue anyways, the cage don't care...
But ya still gotta explain the Water...
A little surface rust on the cage of a bearing will not hurt the bearing itself, nor will it effect how the drive operates.
Why did you pull the cap to change the oil, that's not necessary at all? You do put a new seal ring on the cap each time don't you.
