Re: Caught my woman talking online.cheater
Oh no...not a housekeeper.!!!!!!
After the incident I spoke of way back in this thread, I leased out my Motels and took on a Flag Inn.
I had a whole lot of house keepers (casual) on staff, and the rules were, make the boss's bed, clean the bathroom, tidy the place quickly, do the laundry and ironing 6 days a week. On the 7th, change the bed..do the lot.
These were very happy days. Had a few lady friends and pretty much did as I liked.
I would recommend something similar to all men.
Over past 20yrs we have always had a housekeeper.
My advice with housekepers:
1. keep it professional
2. if you need them for 4hrs week, see if you can split it in to 2 days of 2 hrs. (means the house is only dirty half the time)
3. Keep a list of what to do and the time you want it done in, then have another list of extras, like wash the curtains, clean the fans, clean the windows etc.
4. Don't give them a smoko break, no talking on the phone, no friends
5. pay them basic wage and when they prove themselves, up the rate by 20%
6. give you any hassels, fire them.
Most are really good and nice people.
Go for it mate, and when you bring a little sheila home and she sees the place all tip top, she will know straight away its not her housekeeping skills your looking for.
Cheers
Phillip
