There are several ways that will work, but the method that obj outlines above is the one recommended by OMC. Just make sure you know the difference between the drain hole and the fill hole. (see the link KG posted above if any doubt).<br /><br />You can get an inexpensive pump that screws into the fill hole on one end and onto the gear oil bottle at the other end at WalMart for pretty cheap. <br /><br />Like obj said, 64 oz capacity.<br /><br />Only thing I'd add is to check the level several times over a few weeks after you've changed the oil to make sure you didn't introduce any air pockets (shouldn't have if you followed the directions) and to make sure you don't have any leaks. Also, might want to look at what you've drained (thats why I use a clear bottle for the used oil). If it's milky or frothy you've got water in it, which needs further investigation. <br /><br />Good luck. Really easy to do, and may actually be safer doing it yourself than having a pro who only knows Mercs do it.
