check engine is coming on and off, so is the buzzer

My check engine light started coming on the 2nd time in the water this year. I know its not the water pump, and i premix the oil, so I dont think its them. My voltage meter show postive when running. Could it be a bad spark plug? since the check engine comes on sometimes and goes off sometimes? or is there a fuel problem. i am lost on this thing! running great when i put it up last year. the engine is a 1997 johnson venom 200:

The Check Engine alarm is a vacuum in the fuel line, caused by clogged filters, stuck antisiphon valve or some other restriction. You need to check the filters, mainstrainer and antisiphon valves for restrictions.
