I know where the CB goes in the wiring diagram, I mean, after everything is wired where does it get stored?

I have a 12' inflatable boat running a Minn Kota 30, 12V battery.

Does the CB just dangle freely in the boat? The battery is in a battery box so does the breaker just bounce around in the box?

This is a picture of the CB I have (not exact one):

Thanks

I expect it's the "push button" style that fits in a ?" hole with a locknut? Drill a hole in the battery box and install it. To let it "dangle on the wires" is asking for trouble.

Ok, I just looked at your pic, it's not the push button style.
Same answer, bolt it to the inside of the battery box, where there's space, not touching the battery.

I made little plastic hangers for mine, so they hang right below the lid of the battery box, you could do the same with a strip of aluminum. I have the kind with the manual "test" button, which allows me to use them as disconnect switches, so I need easy access.
