Anybody has any suggestions where to get the cleat covers other than the one site that comes up when googling that sells it for about $70 bucks for a 6 pack. I need only three.
I just started boating and am very worried that one of my kids will slip and fall on it, so I wanted to put some kind of covers on them when not in use.

Re: Cleat covers

Being the thrifty kind of guy (cheap SOB) that I am, I would pass on the high-end covers and get some white PVC tubing that I could cut to fit over the cleats.

Pictures of the cleats in question?

Idea off the top of my head; get some pipe-wrap insulating foam (or cut pieces of a pool noodle) and some rubber bands (or hair-tie bands).

Re: Cleat covers

Replace those cleats with the recessed pop-up kind.
