Ok, so i changed coils yet again on my 3.7 mercruiser due to the fact that it was only generating spark one time around, then it would quit. Now when i put the new one on, i noticed it was doing the same thing as before, stalling. When i was checking the wires, i had noticed that there were a couple of wires that were pretty hot to the touch, what could be causing this? I did notice that there was a spot on these wires that had bare wires showing, not much but they were bare. Could this have been the cause of my problems from before? The coil i was using had an output of 45,000 volts and the new one has an outputt of 55,000 volts....Any thoughts??
