I missed all but the last 9 minutes, but LSU v Ole Miss sure seems like it was the way to go!

Well, I was not correct. Stanford v Oregon was the way to go. I watched all of it. Way to go Cardinal! They play Big Ten style offense (but with more talent) along with fast defense. Great performance!

Being IRISH I was split between Kstate and Oregon, can't believe how badly Kstate played, they were just awfull.

Flipped between Michigan and Mstate for the early game, State was really a disappointment This year and Ohio State pulled another one out, they are going to be somethIng to contend with next year.

If they weren't banned it would be an IRISH-OState nc game as it is it looks like Bama or Georgia unless we have another crazy weekend.

It was a great day of football and it has been 20 years so forgive me but.....

NOTRE DAME IS #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live 40 minutes from the campus and have been IRISH all my life, I am very much enjoying this most improbable year.

Live it up 5150. While I think Notre Dame is a good team (with a Good defense), I don't think they are the best team in the country. However, if they beat USC (very possible), they'll get the chance to prove me wrong against a team from the SEC. And remember, the only SEC team to lose in the BCS Chumpionship game, was LSU last year, to another SEC team!

I will always refer to that game as the Chumpionship game. Until there is a real playoff system, it's just opinion.
