Both cylinders within 10%. That cannot happen unless both are relatively healthy.
DO NOT get psi paranoia. There never was a spec and as long as guages, technique and conditions are inconsistent there never will be.
Typical readings could be anywhere from 50-60psi to 140-150psi.
