Franchise is definitely in the palns. Spent three years researching and interviewing/meeting with authorities. Not an easy task for new comers to do them selves. I have 35 years in my own business as well.

Will post pics when kitchen walls are completed.

I will share the name in Janurary. Registering next week. Logo done, web site being designed. Sick logo.

Got a second houseboat for free. Leaving in the wings for now. If first goes well, second will be ready in less than a month.

Around here there is a Pizza-store owned pontoon boat that goes out to a popular area on weekends loaded with pizzas that they baked at the store. I believe they sell by the box to the boaters.

Happy Spring folks

I believe an update is in order for the Burger Buoy. Corp is done, permits and insurance has been acquired.

BB1 is almost complete. Gallery is ready to have equipment installed and helm just need some finishing touches. Outside need one more weekend of paint and that will be complete. We found a cheap 18' runabout with a 90 hp outboard we just installed new floor and painted up. That will be called BB EXPRESS and will allow us to come back and forth from our walk in fridge at dock to resupply BB1.

Have one more hurtle for local town waters and we will be set. Currently iwill able to work the state and Intercoastal waters but would the option of town waters as well in case of foul weather ( high seas)

Anyway sorry no pics today cause I ended up the hospital for a few days with a bad infection in the elbow. Probably from workin on the boat, ya tink!!!!!

Anyway when I finish the final touches you all will get the pics, I promise

Pictures of Burger Buoy. Start to Finish. Will be ready for Memorial Day

Well folks, finally some pics of the 6 month redo of BB1. Convert Houseboat to a Floating Food Concession Boat is 95% complete. All new electrical, plumbing,deck, walls, paint, fiberglass, windows, screens..., did I miss anything?? I guess everything but a new Steering Wheel!!!!

Will ad final pics as the final stages take place. This week we will be installing all the cooking equipment and generator.

Next week the Logo's and banners will be on.
So what do you all think of the colors??

Just read through this whole thread, and Id just like to say kudos to you Jim for getting this thing ironed out. I hope you do really well in this venture, BB1 looks sweet. I had thoughts of doing something similar through the years, so Im glad you get the chance.

Wish I could get down there to get some hot grub!
