Hey guys,
So I was wonder if it is normal that my 2 stroke 50 horse circulates less water the fast I go. It seems to suck the most water while it is in neutral but pretty much as soon as I put it in gear it sucks about half as much water then even less when I am at 3/4th throttle. Does anyone know how the system works on this motor? I can't think of why this would happen. The motor is a 1991. thanks guys.
Oh and the reason why I even bother to care is about two weeks ago it overheated and I noticed it wasn't sucking much then. I did replace the impeller and it seems to be better but I'm just worried im going to get out in the gulf and have it overheat again.
