When I have the throttle lever in the full forward position should the carburetor butterflys be open all the way? If so I noticed that I can manually open the butterflys at least another 3/16 inch. The thumb adjustment on the throttle cable is adjusted correctly because it will push the first lever as far as possible against the stop. There is a snap on plastic attachment past this attached to a metal lever that goes straight to the butterflys on the two carburetors. Does this snap on attachment have a threaded adjustment to help open the butterflys to the widest adjustment? It is a 2007 75hp. I have been told that I should be getting more rpms with my setup. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
