1993 Johnson 115 bubble-back.
I read alot of posts about Lean Sneeze--and good descriptions by ENDSmapper---Thanks to all who take the time to explain!!!
I diagnosed mine by swapping in another set of carbs to see what it would do. Immediately it ran smooth, and idled down good, big difference right away.
QUESTION: the originals were marked 1 5/16. The pair I had sitting was from a 1984 115 Flatback and marked 1 3/16.. Was this swap a good diagnosis? Or could I be masking something due to using a different size? I'll get kits for the originals this week, but I'm assuming this is ok. Worst case I loose some Horsepower? Maybe use less fuel?
Thanks
Mark
