First, if you claim that there is no difference between hetero marriage and gay marriage, then it is easy to follow that there is no difference between gay sex and hetero sex. Sooo it absolutely follows that if the alleged vic was of consenting age as is apparently the case in the Foley deal in either DC or Florida, theeennn there is no difference between Foley's and Clinton's acts except that the Clinton act is not currently disputed by anyone and the Foley act(s) are alleged or assumed unless you consider the text messages as the whole issue.

What is there not to understand? You cannot have it both ways. The Dems cannot condemn legal homosexual acts and support Gays at the same time . . . ????

And just to avoid anything that could be mistakenly gleaned from this, I wish the guy was in jail; and in case you are still confused, Foley not Clinton . . .

I've been reading the transcript of the obscene IMs that Representative Foley sent to a 16-year-old boy over at the ABC News site. One thing that jumped out at me is that Foley was in a hotel in Pensacola, Florida when he wrote these particular IMs. Therefore, he is subject to the laws of the State of Florida in this matter.

I realize that the boy who received the IMs was probably in another state, and that the IMs crossed state lines, and thus federal laws may have been violated as well. But just to keep it simple, let's see what law Foley may have violated in the great State of Florida. Keep in mind that a minor is defined under Florida law as a person under the age of 18 years. Per Florida Statute 847.001

I totally agree that it is obscene, sick, disgusting and wrong! But is it illegal to SAY things to a minor, no matter how sick? I agree Foley has no place in Congress, but was a Crime commited? FYI.... And I'd say the same if it was a dem
