during production nearly everything is installed in the deck half of the boat etc. wiring, cables,pluming then connected after the deck is dropped in place . of that is accessible via access plates& interior panels already in your boat (production) is the name of game in the business. It looks a lot harder than it is good luck I will stay in touch Love my BAYLINERS ps. i will dig some pics to give you an idea what your dealing with boats i could build blind folded, computers on the other hand Be sure your tank needs replacing try replacing all the hoses first! I would have to say you got a problem,got some pics post on a site and more to come soon of my 19CC undecked most on there now are my latest project,but some pics under the deck still relate to your WAC setup look in the my photo alblum section http://members.fishingworks.com/jomac/ lifted it striaght up then rolled hull out from under it. --The hull might flex some nothing to worry about,when redecking just start from the front(use punch or two to hold in place) work your way back inch by inch while letting it down inch by inch(Helps to have help at this point,someone on each side),using wide putty scrapers to work deck over edges of hull untill you get the splashwell down to the transom (dry fit first) then lift it back up just enough to rebond splashwell& transom .Takes a pile of rivets to reattach, I used SS screws but predrilled(easy to strip out new holes if you dont, used old rivet holes to realign hull&deck) and counter sunk the heads of the screws so the trim would fit flush either works well--Well about 2' of stingers,the subfloors up to the first crossmember&transom was not all completely rotten but i replaced it--A frames would do just go slow and be carefull I also used the same Alum and counter sank the holes then used SS thru bolts and SS locking nuts.<br />As jomac said!
