A couple of days ago on Fox news, I thought I saw where the governor of Illinois passed a bill that says that a women/lady can say no at any time during sex,and the man must stop or the woman/lady can claim Rape. Is this correct? If it is does this apply to married couples? Are there any other states w/ this law?

ratltrap,<br />the law makes perfect sense, married couples or not. If a person's hormones are so out of control, that they "can't" stop if their partner tells them to, then they ARE a rapist. I'm kind of confused at how this is unclear in the first place. Doesn't mean you have to be happy with them about it, but if they truly want ya to stop, then for petes sake stop.

If a man and a woman consent to have relations then proceede to have those relations and while in the act of carrying out what both agreed on one says stop I agree you should stop. I do not agree it is rape if both consented and started based on that consent if you don't but I do feel it is inconsiderate not to mention dangerous.

Just reading the contract beforehand should be an effective birth control method. It would sure dampen my spirits.
