They (a pharmacist or another doc) could get into big trouble by taking a guess at what my doc intended me to do. Think of the liability of telling someone what to do with their meds when the person making the suggestion has no background on the patient or their prescription history. Nah, I'm going off my best guess at this point. At least that way the risk (if any) is on me. I'm still calling my doc first thing Monday morning and getting this sorted out properly. He's NOT going to like the questions I'll be asking him. If I don't get a decent answer, I'll be requesting a different doc from the VA. It's not the first time this guy has let me down one way or another. :deadhorse:

That's all I want to say on this subject. I know it's my fault for bringing it up, but lets try to get back to something/anything about boats please.:fish2:

I could just do like WoeisMeIGotta470 and swap the 4 cylinder for a six cylinder. ...except for the fact I'd have to do it twice.

Boats are kind of like vehicles, you can always use a different type for a special reason. But storing them to keep them in pristine condition gets iffy.

I would guess one 8 would move that boat along fine but it's probably better to wait for a single screw boat to come along. No need for 2 engines in the rockies is there?

Hmm, If I were going to do two inline six's, why not follow the same train of thought and drop in a V12? Of course parts availability might be an issue though...

It's all moot though as I need to focus on finishing the boat out in the tent first.

Ha gmp440, there is no law stating you can't do two boats at the same time.

Sure there is. It's called the "Admiralty Maritime Law". Don't bother looking for it in print, you have to ask the Admiral what all it entails.:twitch::bolt:

How true! However, each Admiral has her own version! :blah::rant: (subject to change at any time with no prior notice). :peep:

And NO excuses or reasons for any changes either. :brick:

Rules are subject to change without warning.... I think that's one of the things I agreed to on the alter? I just remember getting poked or kicked and then I said, " I do". Lol I know I didn't agree to her taking every pair of my glasses or all the covers but I guess that falls under the aforementioned rule.

Well, I did manage to get out to the tent for just a minute today. I was looking for a tool in there and while I was there I removed all the clamps from the chine. I had to get right back to work on fixing the four wheeler we use to plow our driveway so that was all I had time to do. Like I said, it's not much, but it's better than nothing.

We got about 6-8" of snow last night and yesterday, and the low for tonight and the high for tomorrow are both forecast to be -1*F. Winds are supposed to pick up in the morning along with the continued snowfall which may turn into whiteout conditions. Then the snow should stop by nightfall but it will still be windy. The lack of cloud cover combined with the cold front pushing through will drop the temps to around -21*F, but it'll feel like -35*F with the wind. https://weather.com/weather/hourbyhour/l/59711:4:US:faint2:
