Why does anyone care what someone else says their stuff (or someone eles's stuff) is worth? Doesn't bother me a bit if I ask $10K for a boat and someone else posts "NADA is $5K". If you don't think it's worth $10K, you don't have to buy it. If someone wants to say it's only worth a nickel, who cares - it's the internet!!!!

I can't imagine being so self-concious about what I'm asking for something that it would bother me if other people question my price. As I said above, if you don't think it's worth it, don't buy it. I think it's great when people try to drive the price down on stuff, makes for better deals for me if the seller pays any attention to them.

I've never had more than one buyer come looking at a boat I'm selling. First person bought it every time, regardless of what NADA or anyone else says. On the other hand, I've got some great deals by paying well over what "NADA" says a boat is worth ......

Exactly what I said too. I could care less what someone thinks about what I am asking for "item X". You dont like the price? Dont buy it.
