Re: Dog Vet Bills!

That's good to know; I'll have to check it out. I try to take Goon ( my dog ) there every couple of weeks to keep him socialized - he really likes greeting all the dogs, and I like to see, and meet them all myself. I am a great proponent of the breed - it gives me a great chance to show him off - his wonderful disposition, and awsome physical attributes. Thanks for the info!Just got an eight week old Golden Retriever puppy on Thursday.
Just took him to Petsmart to get his 2nd deworming. By the time they got done examing him the bill was about $150. Then we looked into their plan. For $39 plus $32 per month he is covered for almost everything including neutering for the 1st year. I ended up only paying $72 today and then $32 is automatically charged to my card each month. I know it would have cost me another $150 in three weeks for his last round of shots so the plan seemed like a very reasonable deal for the 1st year. Not sure if I will stay on the adult plan after the 1st year is over or not.
The Vet I was going to locally for the last two dogs was pretty expensive, but he was a caring Dr and I liked going there. Going to see how this goes with the Petmart plan for a year and then decide whether to go back with the Vet or not.
