I have a dp-c1 outdrive on a Formula 233, while running on hose I notice water is coming out of the 2 "pipes" against the hull from the drive, is there any water that exits the cavitation plate on the rear of the drive where rubber flap is or just exhaust Thanx

Water does come out with the exhaust.
I don't understand what you mean by "2 pipes against the hull"

What you are seeing is normal. Those tube are called idle relief ports. I think you'd find that once you have the drive in the water, and the raw water pump is pumping at higher rpm's water will come out the exhaust as well. But you can't see it, just take my word for it. If the impeller is 2 years old, change it.
