I have a new to me boat and she runs great.
I clean the carb fuel filter everytime after I take her out and usually find a small amount of stuff in it. Im big on preventative maintenance and I like working on the boat.
I put on a new water/fuel separator filter when I got the boat, and I drained it today to check for water. Here are pics of what I found. I let it settle for 15mins. No water found, which is good, but it had a large amount of crud in it. Look normal?
I am still on the first tank of gas in this boat (The tank is massive).
For now I plan to just keep changing fuel filters till I stop seeing this.
Thoughts? Recommendations?
I really don't want to tear up my new floor to clean out the tank.
