I let my 2000 DT-100 sit for 6 months because of health issues. Got it started after draining fuel system.

Have 2 issues. In tracking fuel flow noted that no fuel is going through the starter valve. Even with the manual release. Is this a servicable part or should it be replaced. Assume the needle valve is clogged or frozen.

2nd while it runs when I put in gear it immediately stalls.

Engine is on a 32 ft power tri on the water. Need to get running to get to ramp to haul to work on it.

Shop manual says possible cause is rusty shaft bearings. Anyway to free these without tearing down lower housing to access shaft.

TIA
