Edelbrock 1409 for 305 GM block...

I've got a volvo 501B GM 305 block V8.

I need to swap out the Holley Carb (rebuilding didn't resolve the issue).

I'm looking at the Edelbrock 600cfm 1409 carb.

Question: Do I need an adaptor to make it fit the Volvo intake manifold?

What other parts should I consider?

I Believe that the Edlebrocks are a Multi fitment Carb,......
It should bolt right on.....

But I don't know about any Linkage Issues you might run up against......

Thanks Bondo. I suspect I'll also have some work to do on the fuel line connections.
