Engine options??

I am working on an 87 Cadorette 200, has a 4.3l omc with a cracked block. Just wondering if there are any other GM blocks that will mate up to the outdrive? I have a line on a 350, thought it might be a nice upgrade. Any advice would be great!!

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.. Even though it'd bolt up, the drives gear ratio won't work, so you'd need another drive as well...

Thanks Bond-o! I see you are in the Chaumont area, I am just up in Kingston. I still am planning to replace the 4.3 with the same block if possible #14088553, Let me know if you have a line on one. I could rip down there real quick! Thanks Again!
