all i can find around here is epoxy sealer, its expensive. is that what i want to seal my floor? everyone says epoxy resin, not sure of the difference.
This is what the guys here are talking about when referring to epoxy resin...and yes it's a bit pricey. Now this link is just for reference, shop around for best pricing.

Epoxy 'Sealers' are normally used for Varnish prep or Paint prep for wood. Not for a full deck seal up. And if you used anything less then Marine grade it will drink up more sealer then a senior prom date on lake habosue.
You need resin unless your going to use good quality wood for a subfloor to apply a teak and holly or some kind of 'flooring' .. then you can use your Sealer..
