***Been thinking as I said that I checked over the studs, but wanted to look at them again. I got down low and looked across the tops of the rocker studs and I did see that the #4 cyl studs both are raised up which would explain the 'looseness' I'm experiencing. They look as if they pulled out a 1/8". This is most certian the issue! It explains the noise, clattering, and the pop noise under the intake manifold. Is this something that I can just tap back down, or will I have to take the heads to a machine shop?
