On Lake Murray in SC. "They" said the water temp was 70 but I think it was just a bit shy of that. However sunny skies and an 85 degree day made it pretty darn tolerable.
Bit rusty but despite the chop I had some good runs and jumps.
The outside of my front foot kept cramping though. Tried loosening the binding but that didn't help. Should I try opening up the angle of the binding? Right now I've got a pretty much neutral stance with each foot only slightly angled, about 9 degrees each. I'm riding at an intermediate to advanced level and feel very comfortable and stable with the position. However, after about 7-8 minutes, my foot is killing me so I'd gladly switch it up if might help.
Any suggestions?
