diet is important, but alcohol consumption is a absolute no no even an hour of running will burn 800 calories. 3, 4, 5, beers negates all your work. i havent changed my diet drastically, the only thing i have done is no fast food at all. i know i have gained muscle, and i have dropped more fat then 8 pounds down 2 pant sizes and one shirt size. if you change nothing except for exercising you will lose weight very slowly but it will come off.
