Well, after reading a bunch of different posts I have realized that "drying" my foam is not a solution. Instead of drying it I will be replacing it. I purchased a 2-gallon 4lb kit from us composites which will hopefully be enough. Plan so far is to remove the old foam then install the new floor. I will drill a 1/2" hole every 2 feet where I will pour in the foam. Now, I know I will probably make a big mess, and I see in my mind the foam expanding as I attempt to pour it in through a funnel
. So, is this a good plan? How much should I mix to pour into each hole (my plan was 9oz of each A/B)? How long do I have before this stuff becomes impossible to pour in through the hole? Will temperature have great affect on curing (it will be about 50-55 outside when I do it)?
