Only use the Closed Cell Foam ...type. Some are also gasoline and oil resistant.

I finally enlarged the bow area. You would need to build a plywood triangular deck piece to cover the bow foam area. Is there LOADS of molded under ALL the cross seat benches ?

Bad English. Is all the foamed in place foam under every blue seat and walk thru ? If yes ? Then it should be enough to pass the USCG flotation test.
