Foam?

Ok..I've started on my deck replacement on my 88 Bayliner Capri. The foam will have to be replaced. What do I replace it with...where can I fined it?

How do you tell how much to get? I have a 19' bayliner that I've torn all the foam out.

Also, will the foam from Lowes/Home Depot that comes in a can work?
