is there a different front motor mount offered for inline 6 with crankshaft pulley with dual belt grooves-belt will not fit between pulley and mount for install or removal of belt

Nope,... I think you need to move it to change the belts...

I doubt the double pulley is original?

Either way, I do not believe they make a different front mount. Like Bond-o says - you will need to loosen / remove it to put on a new belt I guess.

Actually - I just checked mine - I too have a double pulley set up, but there is plenty of room to change the belt. You do know you need to remove the block on the port side to access the belt right?

Here's the block you remove to change belts:

Here's the clearance I have on mine - plenty of room for a belt to slip in there:

fishermark, great photos- the spacer side is no problem ,clearance is tight between pulley and mount body on other side ,yours however looks a little more roomy, do you have some kind of spacer on fuel pump side also? i also have same exact pulley as you- grooves close together, thanks chris

Ayuh,... I'm thinking that whoever mounted that motor the 1st time, did so with the mount somewhat crooked...
With the single adjusting bolt centered, it can be pivoted, depending where the lagbolt hole is drilled...
If you've got an alignment bar, you could move the mount, fill the holes in the wood, reposition the mount, redrill the holes,+ have the space needed to change belts...

Re: front motor mount

bondo, the part of the mount that is bolted to engine is causing clearance problem, the mount that is lag bolted to boat, could actually be pivoted on bushing if i supported engine but will not help,i guess what i'm trying to say is the boomerang looking mount on engine block sits too close to pulley- around 1/4 inch gap or less to squeeze belt through. thanks chris
