Hi, finaly i did all the test on my mercruiser 4.3l and got cylinder 1 and 5 with 120LBS cylinder 3 105lbs, everything looks good until now but got to the starboard, cylinders 2 and 4 30lbs, cylinder 6 0lbs. i did filled with wd40, and seafoam after to loose any ring that could be stocked with gum buildup but after i removed the valves cover i noticed this, the push rods seems ok not bent or anything, but the admission valve on all 3 cylinder (2,4,6) are frozen open (down) what is the best way to try without go with complete unassembly and rebuilding everything. is there any way to move them a little up and down to make them move?

Believe in Santa Clause.
There is no physical way to free up a rusted valve in a head. valves may need replacing after removal anyway.the rust particules will quickly chew up an engine.determine how they got rusted in the first place ,and go from there. you may need to replace the manifolds and risers too.

but the admission valve on all 3 cylinder (2,4,6) are frozen open (down)

What's an admission valve ?

I some how think you need more than just freeing up valves. If you had water (aka rust) in the cylinders and had to break the pistons loose so the engine would turn over, then you probably need the cylinder honed at least, and new rings and possibly pistons. Take a good look when you get the heads off.

You need to pull the heads to get those valves loose. But with that much rust, I would bet the cylinders are affected as well.
