Fuel and Spark but wont run! Help please!!

I have a 105 Chrysler that is getting good spark, Is 100% in time, Is getting fuel but will only pop once every so often and not run. I have replaced the spark plugs and checked all the connections, every plug is firing. Ive checked the floats on the carbs and made sure the gas was fresh in the tank. Ive been stumped on why it wont run for days. Any advice or questions will be appreciated!

It has good compression and the flywheel key was replaced not to long ago

New key???That means it could have slipped??
Was it tourqed right? 95#

Both have test procedures.I'd pull the flywheel and check.
Not sure about the magnet in your flywheel.It possibly slipped???
What year and serial#??

I didnt install the key so i dont what it was torqued to. It ran great all last year and we parked it for the winter. This year i bought a different hull for the motor.

When I bought my boat new in 88.Went fishing and one motor stopped????
Checked this and that and everything in between.
I worked at the dealer where i got the boat.The boss suggested to check the key.
Even though it was new and running great(till it quit)it was the key.

Pull all four plugs and squirt about a teasponfull of pre-mix into each cylinder. This will flood the engine. Replace the plugs, put control in fast idle/warm-up position and crank without choking. The engine should crank a bit, clear itself, then start and run until prime is gone (a few seconds). If it does this, then there is a fuel delivery problem. If it starts and continues to run, then there is no fuel delivery problem but a fuel pump or other problem. If it does not start, then replace the sparkplugs with a different brand. Sometimes even brand new plugs will spark in the air but miss when installed.

Yea i am checking the key tomorrow afternoon. I replaced the plugs and wires and still it wont start. I checked the compression and it was an even 120 across the 4 cylinders.

Another thing: Try tilting the motor all the way up and try to start it there.
One of my motors would give me fits trying to start.
No matter what I did,nothing.
Once I had it tilted up and accidently I tried to start it and it fired????
Lowered it and it started no problem. Then next time had to do it again.J

Thanks everyone for the advice! I turned out the chrysler needed new points and wires.
